Payment is accepted via Credit or Debit Card and full pre-payment is required when placing your order.  Simply add the item(s) you want to order to your cart, hit “check out” and you will be directed to Card payment options via our secure payment gateway, Yoco.

All items are made to order, and perfection takes time.  Please allow 3-5 working days for all orders (excluding courier).  If your order is urgent, please indicate this in the Order Notes section at Check Out, and we will do our best to accommodate urgent orders.

As all items are thoughtfully made to order, we are unfortunately unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or faulty upon collection or delivery, we will gladly replace the item or provide a credit for a future purchase. Please note that cash refunds are not available.
