Where are you based? Can I collect?

We are based in Blouberg, Cape Town, and collection is permitted during our standard hours, with prior arrangement. 

Business Hours: 

  • Monday-Friday: 09h00-17h00
  • Saturday-Sunday: Closed

We can also arrange courier and the following options are available at check out:

  • Western Cape – via The Courier Guy
  • Nationwide – via The Courier Guy
  • Nationwide – via Pudo Lockers

FREE nationwide delivery offered on orders over R1,000.00

How does payment work?

Payment is accepted via Credit or Debit Card and full pre-payment is required when placing your order.  Simply add the item(s) you want to order to your cart, hit “check out” and you will be directed to Card payment options via our secure payment gateway, Yoco.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are made to order, and perfection takes time.  Please allow 5-7 working days for all orders (excluding courier).  If your order is urgent, please indicate this in the Order Notes section at Check Out, and we will do our best to accommodate urgent orders.

What is your return policy?

As all items are made to order, we are unfortunately not able to accept the return of items.  However, should your item be damaged upon collection or delivery we will be happy to replace said item, or offer you a credit for a future purchase.  No cash refunds will be permitted.

I live outside of South Africa. Can I place an order for a family member in South Africa?

Most definitely!  We love assisting SAFFAs with ensuring their loved ones back home feel the love.

Can you gift wrap my order?

Yes!  We love beautiful gifts and will be happy to wrap your gift and add a personalised gift tag for you.  Please add your requirements in the Order Notes field at Check Out.
